1 lb fresh Swiss Chard 1 oz. extra virgin olive oil ¼ tsp. coriander powder ¼ - ½ tsp. garlic powder to taste Sea salt to taste - optional
Begin by washing your chard greens and draining the water.
Before chopping the chard remove the stems including spines.
Start by chopping from top-down and then roll leaves from long sides to compact, then cut crosswise.
Drizzle the extra virgin olive oil in a large skillet and bring to medium heat adding the chopped Swiss chard.
Sprinkle chard with coriander and garlic powder then toss to coat with oil.
Cook for three to five minutes stirring and tossing continuously to preferred doneness.
Test for doneness to your preference, cover, and cook a bit longer if needed.
Serve immediately.
Top with sea salt and enjoy!
