This super simple recipe is sure to please and so easy to prepare. Begin by washing your greens and draining the water, drying with paper towels if needed. Before chopping the chard remove the stems including the spines as they can be bitter and tough.
This easy sautéed chard requires so little preparation. Start by chopping from top-down and then roll leaves from sides to compact then cut crosswise.
Drizzle extra virgin olive oil in a large skillet and bring to medium heat adding the chopped Swiss chard.
Add chopped Swiss Chard to the skillet when heated and sprinkle chard with coriander and garlic powder, then toss to coat with oil. Cook for three to five minutes stirring and tossing continuously to preferred doneness.
Test for doneness to your preference, cover, and cook a bit longer if needed.
